You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming binding contracts to use the Site or request services.

4. Booking Process

Submitting a quote request on the Site does not create a service contract. A binding agreement occurs only after:

• We issue a written proposal,
• You sign a service agreement, and
• Required payments/deposits are received.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Comply with all event venue rules and local regulations.
• Ensure safety and access for service delivery.

6. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, cancellations, and balances are set in the service agreement and may vary by event.

7. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in events or consumption of products.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, or conditions beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents are owned by Southern Creamery Cruiser or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use content without permission.

9. Third‑Party Services

The Site may include links to external sites or use third‑party tools. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of those sites.

10. Modifications
